Pickles, made in Punjab

Pickles, made in Punjab

Let’s be honest, pickles aren’t just condiments. They’re the unsung heroes of every meal. The side that quietly steals the spotlight. The one thing that can turn a simple plate into something you look forward to.

Great pickles don’t begin in factories, they begin on farms.

So, when we decided to launch pickles, our journey began in the farms of Punjab. We worked closely with farmers to source fresh, seasonal ingredients, raw mangoes with just the right tang, green chillies with that perfect kick, and a mix of vegetables that bring balance to every bite.

Because when your ingredients are right, you don’t need to fix much later.

The old-school way (because it works)

There’s a reason some recipes never change.

Our pickles are crafted from heirloom recipes, the kind that have been passed down through generations in Punjab. No shortcuts, no modern “fixes”, just processes that have stood the test of time.

And that means:

  • Hand-ground spices. Because the way spices are prepared changes everything: the aroma, the texture, the depth of flavour.
  • Small batches: Which means better control, better texture, and a product that actually feels… cared for.
  • Time: It’s slower. It’s more effort. And it shows in every jar.

What you won’t find here:

  • No chemical preservatives.
  • No additives.
  • Nothing artificial

Basically, nothing you wouldn’t expect in a jar of traditionally made achaar.

When you start with fresh ingredients and follow the right process, you don’t need to add anything extra to make it last.

Meet the range

  • Aam ka Achaar (Raw Mango Pickle): Tangy, bold, and a true classic
  • Green Chilli Pickle: For those who like a little heat done right
  • Mixed Achaar: A balanced blend for when you want a bit of everything, done the old-school way

Each one made with the same care, the same intent, and the same commitment to bringing you real and authentic flavours.

This isn’t just about pickles. It’s about going back to a way of making food that prioritises quality over convenience.

No shortcuts. No compromises.

Just the taste of Punjab, done right.
