French classic, with an Indian heart. A creamy, nutty, desi take on the gratin that’ll have everyone asking for seconds.

You’ll need:

  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, corn)
  • Indic Roots Cashew & Onion Gravy
  • Grated cheese
  • Fresh herbs

Steps:

  • Step 1: Lightly sauté the vegetables until tender.
  • Step 2: Mix in the Cashew & Onion Gravy and transfer to a baking dish.
  • Step 3: Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs and bake until golden and bubbly.

Makhani Pasta:

Pasta night meets Delhi’s most-loved gravy. Rich, velvety and ready in minutes - for pure Indo-Italian comfort in a bowl.

You’ll need:

  • Cooked pasta/gnocchi of your choice
  • Indic Roots Makhani Gravy
  • Cream or butter
  • Fresh basil or coriander

Steps:

  • Step 1: Heat Makhani Gravy in a pan and add a splash of cream or butter.
  • Step 2: Toss in the cooked pasta/gnocchi until well coated. 
  • Step 3: Garnish with herbs and serve warm.

You’ll need:

  • Step 1: Heat our Tomato Onion Gravy in a skillet.
  • Step 2: Make small wells and crack eggs into them.
  • Step 3: Cover and cook until eggs are done to your liking.
  • Step 4: Garnish with coriander and serve with toasted bread.

Fish Spinach Curry:

You’ll need:

  • Firm white fish like basa or cod

  • Garlic and lemon juice
  • Pepper for garnish

Steps:

  • Step 1: Marinate the fish with garlic and lemon juice.
  • Step 2: Lightly pan-sear the fish until half-cooked.
  • Step 3: Heat the Spinach Gravy, add the fish, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Add a dash of pepper on top and serve with a side of rice.

Bhaji Quesadillas:

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Cheese, onion and cilantro
  • Chaat masala for garnish

Steps:

  • Step 1: Add hot water and whip up our 3-minute Pav Bhaji base. 
  • Step 2: Spread it on a tortilla and add cheese, onions, and cilantro.
  • Step 3: Toast it on a skillet until crisp and golden.
  • Step 4: Add a dash of chaat masala and coriander on top for garnish.
  • Step 5: Serve with chutney or sour cream
