We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2pm EST will typically be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package and monitor the delivery status.

International Shipping & Returns Policy Shipping

We proudly ship our products worldwide.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer.

Any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item is received in a damaged or defective condition.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, or courier delays.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate; we are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Restrictions
